If you want to make sure that your customers get a confirmation letter about the order shipped and tracking information, you need to set up a few settings.
Firstly, go to Oberlo app > Settings > Connected Shops > Shop Settings > General tab and add a custom tracking URL.

This link will be added to the shipping confirmation notification email sent to your customers. It will automatically grab the tracking code and your customers will be redirected to this tracking service provider once they click on the tracking code.
Secondly, make sure you have enabled the following notification feature on the same "General" tab settings page. Without it, your customer would only receive a placed order confirmation letter.
Finally, since Shopify’s default email notification template doesn’t have the tracking information of the order added, you need to change it, so your customers would see a tracking code in the letter too.
Just go to Shopify admin > Settings > Notifications > Shipping Confirmation section.
Once you open it, remove all code, replace it with the one that is attached below and save changes by clicking "Save" button in the top right corner of the screen.

From now, when your order is fulfilled with Oberlo, your customers will receive a notification letter, that their order has been shipped and tracking information.
You can check how your shipping confirmation email will look like by clicking "Preview" button at the top of the page.
You can resend the shipping confirmation email from the “Timeline” section on Shopify > Orders page by clicking “Resend email” button.
However, as for the orders you received before, you will have to send messages about the orders shipped to your customers manually. You can do this directly on Oberlo > Orders page by clicking envelope icon next to every order.
