Usually, there are no additional import costs imposed on customers. Most of the packages are low value and often marked as gifts.

However, you cannot guarantee that it will never happen. Therefore, we suggest adding a small note in your e-store "FAQs" or "Shipping & Delivery" page informing customers that customs duties may apply and they are responsible for paying them.
