To access Other settings, go to Settings and click on the "Other" tab. 

Reply-to email address - if you send messages to customers from the Oberlo app Orders page, your customers will see the email address which is added to this setting.

To send a message to the customer, click on the envelope icon next to their name on Oberlo > Orders page. 

You can set a custom time zone for your Oberlo Dashboard, which will let you track your sales during the day in the time zones you are targeting.
