The "More than one matching order found" error notification means, that there are two or more orders in the Oberlo app, which have been placed by the same customer or/and the same product has been ordered. 

In such case, Oberlo is not able to recognize orders and automatically assign the Ali order IDs or tracking codes to the orders in the Oberlo app.

To sync the orders, you will have to manually copy the Ali order ID from AliExpress > My orders page and paste it next to the order in the Oberlo app > Orders page. 

Then, you will be able to utilize the "Get tracking code" button in Oberlo or "Send details", "Sync this page" or "Sync all orders" buttons on AliExpress as long as the supplier ships the order and the tracking information is available.
