There are several common reasons why Shopify orders are not showing up on Oberlo > Orders page.

One of the most frequent reasons is that the order does not contain any items imported with Oberlo. If you duplicated the product, Oberlo could not sync it.

If you do not remember if you added this product using Oberlo, you can check your synced products on Oberlo "My Products" page. Type in the name of the product you received an order in the search field. Once you find this product, click on the "Open in Shopify" button. 

After you log into your Shopify Admin, take a look at the product URL and especially at the ending of it. 

Then, go to the missing order's page on Shopify and click on the product title to be directed to the product page as well. 

If you notice that the products' URLs are different, this means that the item you received an order is not synced with Oberlo. 

Another reason why orders do not show up in Oberlo is that product variants were created manually on Shopify platform. 

If you use the third-party promotion application, which creates a new product variant "Gift", Oberlo may not recognize the order containing this item too.

In addition, if you deleted all of the available product variants, Oberlo also wouldn’t be able to sync this product as Oberlo doesn't know which variant you are selling in your e-store. 

Take note that if you export and then import products via CSV file on Shopify Admin, they don’t sync with Oberlo.

Finally, make sure that the order is marked as paid. Oberlo only displays orders that are authorized, and the payment is received. Some store owners capture payments manually instead of automatically by default.

If none of the above applies, as a quick fix, try adding something to the "Notes" section to your order in Shopify and click purple "Save" button at the top-right corner of the screen. It should trigger an update.

If you are unable to locate the problem and the fix doesn't help, you should contact our Customer Success Team and send a screenshot of your order on Shopify > Orders page. Product and order number should be visible.
