Ordering Products One by One
Once you receive an order and it shows up in Oberlo, click on the "Order Products" button. If you do not see the order in Oberlo, check out this article for the possible causes.
If you haven't assigned your payment card in advance, you will need to fill in your card details and choose the preferred shipping method. Only Visa, Mastercard or Maestro credit/debit cards can be used to pay for the products.
After you pay for the order, there is nothing else you need to do. Our system will pass your order to the supplier, who will ship it within 2-7 calendar days.
After the order is shipped, the status will be changed from "Order Placed" to "Shipped" and the tracking code will automatically be added. You will also see the date when your customer should get the product by.
Ordering Products in Bulk
Use the "Order All" button to initiate the processing page. If you have a lot of orders, it may take some time until the new page is loaded.
At the top of the page, you will see a notification with a number of orders, which cannot be processed because the supplier does not ship to that country or the product is out of stock.
If you do not want to process some of the orders at the moment, you can simply remove them from bulk order by clicking "X".
Oberlo selects the cheapest shipping method by default, but you can choose another shipping option if it is available. To move to the payment page, click "Proceed to Payment".
Fill in your payment card details and confirm the payment for all orders. That's it! Everything else will be done automatically.
