If your order appears as fulfilled in Shopify, but the product has not been purchased from the supplier yet, you will need to follow the steps below:
1. Go to the order page in Shopify.
2. Click "More" and then "Cancel fulfillment".
3. If you do not see the "Cancel fulfillment" option, choose the "Void Label" option.
4. The order status will change from fulfilled to unfulfilled in Oberlo, and the orange "Order Products" button will appear.
5. Click on the orange "Order Products" button to purchase the product from the supplier.
Note: Do not worry if you find any duplicated product variants as shown in the screenshots above. You will purchase only one item.
