You can configure Suppliers settings in Settings > Suppliers to optimize your order placement process. You can set up the following settings:
Connect your AliExpress account and manage its connection with Oberlo.
Configure a default shipping method that is automatically selected when you place orders.
Configure shipping methods for specific countries and products that are automatically selected when you place orders.
Replace your customer’s phone number with non-existent phone numbers automatically.
Add an automatic default order note to the supplier.

Manage your AliExpress account connection
You can connect your AliExpress account to your Oberlo account to place and sync AliExpress orders within Oberlo. Learn more about connecting and managing your AliExpress account connection in Oberlo.
Set up a default shipping method
You can set up a default shipping method for all of your products and destination countries. Oberlo uses the default shipping method option when you don't set up any personalized shipping methods, or your personalized shipping method isn't available.
If your default shipping option is also not available, Oberlo will automatically select the cheapest option.
From your Oberlo admin, go to Settings > Suppliers > Shipping methods.
In the Default shipping method field, select the shipping method you want to set as your default.
Click SAVE SETTINGS.
Set up shipping methods by product and country
You can set up shipping methods for specific products and destination countries. Oberlo automatically selects your preferred shipping method for specific products and destination countries when you place orders.
For example, you can configure your settings to automatically select the AliExpress Standard shipping method for your phone case that is shipped to the United States.
From your Oberlo admin, go to Settings > Suppliers.
In the Shipping Methods section, click ADD PRODUCT.
In the Product column, enter the name of a product and select the product that you want to specify a shipping method for.
In the Shipping to column, select the country for your product.
In the Shipping Method column, select a shipping method for your product.
Oberlo automatically saves your changes and displays the Settings line was updated successfully message.
If your supplier doesn't offer the preferred shipping method you set up, then Oberlo chooses your default shipping method instead. If the default shipping method isn't available either, then Oberlo selects the cheapest shipping option available.
Default order note to the supplier
Oberlo automatically adds the following default note to your AliExpress orders:
I'm dropshipping. Please DO NOT put any invoices, QR codes, promotions, or your brand name logo in the shipments. Please ship as soon as
possible for repeat business. Thank you!
You can edit the default note in Settings > Suppliers > Order details > Default note field. If you want to change the note for specific orders, you can change the note when you place orders.
Hide your customer's phone number
When you place AliExpress orders, you need to provide a phone number. You can configure Oberlo to use your customer’s phone number or use a non-existent phone number instead. Learn more about configuring your customer’s phone number settings.
