If you uninstalled the Oberlo app from your Shopify store and would like to start using Oberlo again, then you can reinstall the Oberlo app to your Shopify store. Any products that you've imported with Oberlo are reconnected automatically. However, you need to update your Oberlo products' location to the Oberlo app location in Shopify.

You can reinstall the Oberlo app from the Shopify App Store.
Go to Oberlo - Dropshipping app page on the Shopify App Store.
Click Add app.
Click Install app.
When you reinstall Oberlo, your Oberlo plan defaults to the free Explorer plan. You can upgrade your Oberlo plan at any time.
Manage products and orders
When you reinstall the Oberlo app, your existing Oberlo products in Shopify reconnect to the app automatically. You can see all your connected products on the Products page in Oberlo.
If you received orders for Oberlo products while the app was uninstalled, then your orders will show up in your Oberlo dashboard within 10-15 minutes. This means that you will be able to place your orders with Oberlo.
In Shopify, your store can have multiple locations. Locations represent where your inventory is stocked and fulfilled from. Oberlo products are stocked in the Oberlo app location in Shopify. When you uninstall the Oberlo app, then the Oberlo app location is deleted and all Oberlo products are moved to one of your other locations in Shopify.
When you reinstall the Oberlo app, the Oberlo app location is created once again. However, you need to move your Oberlo products back to the Oberlo app location in Shopify.
If you don't change your Oberlo products' location back to the Oberlo app location, then it might not show shipping rates for Oberlo products in your checkout. This means that your customers wouldn't be able to purchase Oberlo products from your online store.
From your Shopify admin, click Products.
Check the products that you want to update.
Click Edit products.
On the next page, click Add fields.
In the Shipping section, click Fulfillment service.
In the Fulfillment service column, select the Oberlo app for your Oberlo products.
If your shipping settings were changed in Shopify while Oberlo was uninstalled, be sure to check that you still have rates set up for the Oberlo app location. Learn about setting up shipping settings for Oberlo products.
Note: Using calculated shipping rates, like USPS, or FedEx, do not work with Oberlo. This is because calculated shipping rates use your store’s address as the shipping origin when the product is actually shipped from the supplier’s address.
