AliExpress suppliers sell the same products but at different prices and offer different product inventory levels. If a product you're selling becomes out of stock or you want to reconnect your product to Oberlo, then you need to look for a replacement product. A replacement product is the same product but from another supplier.
You can use the AliExpress Dropshipping Center to find a replacement product using a product image. To use the AliExpress Dropshipping Center, you need to have an AliExpress account.
Go to the AliExpress Dropshipping Center and log into your AliExpress account.
Follow the prompts to agree with the terms and conditions.
Click Products > Find Products to Sell.
Click Search by image, and then click Upload image.
Upload an image of your product. You can download your product image from your Shopify admin.
In the Similar Products section, review the products and click the product that you want to replace.
Copy the product URL from your web browser.
After you find a replacement product you need to refer to one of the following procedures depending on the issue you're trying to resolve:
If your product is out of stock, then you need to change your product’s supplier.
If your Shopify product is disconnected or variants are unmapped, then you need to reconnect your product or remap product variants to Oberlo.
If you’ve imported a product from another dropshipping app and you want to use it in Oberlo, then you need to connect your product to Oberlo.
