Did you know that the “Shipping & Delivery” page is one of the most visited pages by the e-store visitors? We highly recommend creating a page in your Shopify store, which sets realistic expectations about your shipping and delivery policy.
To do this, go to Shopify admin > Online Store > Pages and click on "Add Page".
In the newly opened window, type in a page title and add content about your policy. If you are not sure what to write, you can get inspiration and templates here.
After you finish, you will see a notification with suggestions on what to do next. To make this page visible when browsing the store, you will need to create a navigation link.
It is popular to add the "Shipping and Delivery" pages to the "Footer Menu", so we suggest keeping with this trend.
Click on the "Add menu item" and a new empty line will appear on the right side of the screen. Complete all of the information and click "Save" to save any changes.
The link will appear on the footer menu and your store visitors will be able to easily access the shipping and delivery information page.
If you are selling your own products and Oberlo products in the same Shopify store, the delivery time may be different. In this case, you can simply add the estimated delivery time to every product description section.
Also, we suggest sending email notifications to your customers about the orders have been shipped. This way, your customers wouldn't be frustrated and wouldn't send you additional emails, asking about their orders.
